Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2--3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders of $69 or more. For orders under $69, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7--21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Import duties and taxes: International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the order total.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24--48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload, customs processing, or other external factors. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 25 business days from the ship date, contact us and we will investigate.

AkinaSpeed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, or carrier disruptions outside our control. We will always do our best to help resolve the situation.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
