Order tracking+
Your tracking number is sent by email within 48 hours of shipment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If still nothing after 3 business days, contact us.
Hub fitment questions+
Check the fitment guide on the product page first. If your hub isn't listed, email us the hub brand and PCD and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
Returns and exchanges+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Email us your order number and reason first -- do not send items back without contacting us.
Wrong item received+
Email us a clear photo of what you received along with your order number. We'll sort it out fast -- replacement or refund, your choice.
Order changes+
We process orders quickly. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change anything. After that we can't guarantee changes before shipment.
