To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
Our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, item arrived damaged): we cover return shipping in full.
Change of mind or customer error (incorrect order placed, fitment issues not caused by us): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5--7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3--5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer exchanges for different variants (for example, a different spoke finish or stitch color) subject to stock availability. Email us to check availability before initiating a return.
