The Short Version

30-day returns. Item must be unused and in original condition. Email us first at support@akinaspeed.com -- do not send anything back without contacting us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Unused and uninstalled
In its original packaging with all included hardware
Free from damage caused by the customer
Items that have been installed or show signs of use
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items with missing or damaged original packaging
How to Start a Return

Email us
Send your order number and reason for return to support@akinaspeed.com. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Get return instructions
We'll reply with the return address and any specific packing instructions. Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

Pack and ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number until the return is processed.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5--7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs

Our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, item arrived damaged): we cover return shipping in full.

Change of mind or customer error (incorrect order placed, fitment issues not caused by us): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5--7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3--5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different variants (for example, a different spoke finish or stitch color) subject to stock availability. Email us to check availability before initiating a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you. We cover all return shipping in these cases.
